Refunds Returns, and Warranty
Returns are welcome providing you send a returns request within 14 days of receiving your order. Upon notification you will then have a further 14 days to return the product to me as new and in the original packaging with the tags attached.

Car seats cannot be tried and returned, once the seat is fitted and used by the child you are no longer eligible to return if you change your mind, please ensure compatibility and suitably for your vehicle and family before using.

The return will be arranged on your behalf, and the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund at a fee of £30, this is for carseats and carseat bases only.
Missed collections for returns will incur an additional cost of £15.00.
DPD is used to collect the item, no need to print labels or drop the item off.

Accessories - returns are welcome providing you send a returns request within 14 days of receiving your order. Upon notification you will then have a further 14 days to return the product to me as new and in the original packaging with the tags attached.
Returns for accessories need to be completed by the consumer and returned to us at - Unit 6, Wharton Place, WHARTON CLOSE, Gainsborough, DN21 1DY, these should be sent tracked to prove delivery.

If your product becomes faulty, and it is under 2 years old, it will be collected for inspection, and be fixed or replaced as necessary. A loan seat can be arranged depending on availability, delivery and collection charges will apply to use this service.
​Seats being collected for repairs must be in clean condition, free of dog hair, food, and general muck, we will not repair dirty carseats.
Seats being collected for repair must be packaged appropriately in a box, ideally in a bag too.
